Hello Luiz. I suppose you are using ldap module 1.5.5 version. There you need specify path to your ad.properties under Config-server/security/userManagers/<your-ad-manager>/jndiConfPath in your admincentral.
But I have to recommend you upgrade to ldap module 1.6 where this is gone. There is enough if you have specified path to your ad.properties only in your magnolia.properties file.
