The module works perfectly fine with 4.5. After all Magnolia has ported the shop module to Mag 4.5 and it makes use of the OCM module. So this cannot be the problem. But hey, why don't you download the shop module bundle and use the jar from there? Then your _sure_ that it is the right one.
