Cool. Glad to hear it worked. Looking at your DB connection config I see that you connect over TCP/IP. I saw somewhere mentioned (don't have link to this report anymore sorry) that Windows have in some cases problems opening TCP ports fast enough or even that there is a hard limit on how many can be open, so if you (or anyone else) ever run into the issue again, you might want to google out what the connection string should look like if you want to connect over named pipes rather then over TCP/IP.
