To whom it may interest.. The problem is now solved by re-installing a new magnolia stk, overwriting it partially by importing: - the previously saved xml with my 'website' structure - and the xml 'Templating Kit > Resources'.
I have back the visibility of my site and all the contents.. only a few components I had added do not wxhist anymore but I'm rebuilding them..
