This was ran locally so the hostname should be [i]http://localhost:8080[/i], 
shouldn't it?

By the way, if I do not add an attachment, it all work fine, so I wonder why 
should the hostname would suddendly create an issue.

The file is not provided by the client. But dynamically. Here is the context: 
on page1, the user has a list of events, clicks on one event to access the 
registration form (let's call it page2). According to the event chose on page1, 
my custom processor attaches the relevant PDF to the confirmation email sent to 
the user.

I don't think I can do this dynamic thing using what's built in really, can I ?
