If I understand your question correctly you could create components which are automatically shown on sub pages. Look at the contact component of the STK shown on this page: http://demo.magnolia-cms.com/.magnolia/admincentral#app:pages:detail;/demo-project/news-and-events:edit (login with superuser/superuser).
Click on the edit icon and select "Show in sub page".
