Hi Jigar,

Yes, it is possible, but:

- you will probably need some custom java code to process the form submission 
and write the PDF
- you will be writing to the public node's DMS repository, not the author node
- if you need the PDF also on the author node, you will need to copy it over, 
or use a JCR cluster (see magnolia wiki for more info on this)
