Hi, You'll need to tell us a bit more about what you are actually trying to do... are you trying to synchronize data between public instances, between public and author, or from an external source?
Speaking generally, a "data synchronization module" is certainly possible in the community edition, but depending on your goals, it might be cheaper to get the enterprise edition rather than re-implementing something that already works?
