No, the folks at Magnolia still haven't released the Enterprise Edition of 5.0 so I think they have their hands full with that as opposed to Blossom.
You're probably better off updating to Magnolia 4.5 (and Blossom 2.0.1) before you jump in headfirst to 5.0. The STK changed a [u]LOT[/u].
