Hello everybody,

I am currently trying to migrating a small website with custom JSP templates
from Magnolia 4.4.6 to 4.5.9 CE with compatibility modules 4.5.4.

One of my problems with this is the simpleSearch tag.

cmsu:simpleSearch seems to be included in
magnolia-templating-compatibility-taglib-utility-4.5.4, and it does not give me
any error message or exception, but also never any search results. The result
list is empty, no matter what I search for.

The tags
migration page says there is replacement in the new cmsfn tag library and
gives a freemarker example.

Could anybody give me the JSP equivalent of this? When I try something like
<cmsfn:simpleSearch workspace="website" statement="der"
returnItemType="mgnl:page" startPath="/" /> I get this:

org.xml.sax.SAXException: No tag
"simpleSearch" defined in tag library associated with uri
http://magnolia-cms.com/taglib/templating-components/cmsfn";

Did anybody here migrate simpleSearch in a JSP template? How did you do it?

Best regards,
Frederic
