Hi, after an update on our production something strange happened: Some template files have been inconstent in the JCR. I stopped the server, deleted the repositories folder and restarted. Now I have just two files. A template and a folder holding the template
You can see at this picture magnolia is not able anymore to read the date. So a NPE can happen when somewhere in the code date.inMilliseconds() (or similar) is been called. Also I can not delete or rename the files ("UUID does not exist") and I can not overwrite from my author instance (only the public instance is broken), because "This node already exists: /ospo/pages/global/MetaData" I can not shut down and restart this server very often because it is the live production server (fallback system, test server, author instance => all ok!) so I need a good clear point how to fix this. I have created a new template "search" in another folder (I can not do anything in the folder "global") and linked the component's template to this. So everything is working if no one is trying to activate templates, what no one should do. My concern is that when the next update is comming I want to overwrite the whole branch in templates but the installation progress could fail. Too bad I am not able to recreate this error to test it. Did someone have similar experience and does someone has a solution?
