Hi Cliff, first: 100.000 micro sites with CE, that is MONO-site.. uhm, think about it.. second: you can NOT add folders on the website workspace. But you can use the "redirect-to-first-child" template as a workaround.
So, for instance: /home --> home tpl /home/microsite1 --> redirect to fist child tpl /home/microsite1/home --> home microsite tpl /home/microsite2 --> redirect to fist child tpl /home/microsite2/home --> home microsite tpl ...
