Well, I don't know this module, but this dependency (ETK) is not mentioned in the pom.xml, just in the module descriptor (src/main/resources/META-INF/magnolia/geolocation.xml). So you can try to comment it out there, to be able to start your Magnolia. Then you will see, whether it works.
