Hi, I just came across the same problem, it looks like there was a change of group-id if you look e.g. at magnolia-bundled-webapp: http://nexus.magnolia-cms.com/index.html#nexus-search;quick~magnolia-bundled-webapp <http://nexus.magnolia-cms.com/index.html#nexus-search;quick%7Emagnolia-bundled-webapp>
Looks like the same happened for magnolia-bundle-parent, just change the group-id from "info.magnolia" to "info.magnolia.bundle". This would be worth mentioning in the release notes, if that shouldn't be the case yet...
