Hi Dean, That sounds about right. It should be able to pick up definitions from anywhere on the classpath under resources. Make sure you add them to the root of the directory, otherwise add the complete path. One thing I highly recommend is to delete the "definition" property under your workflow definition (/modules/workflow/config/workflows/your_activate/definition) and then perform a restart. Do you have anything in the logs when starting up?
Here are some relevant spots to debug: info.magnolia.module.workflow.jbpm.JbpmWorkflowManager#loadFlows() (during startup) info.magnolia.module.workflow.jbpm.JbpmWorkflowManager#launch(..) (when publishing) Please feel free to write a follow up in case it doesn't help. Some error logs would be helpful too.
