You can change this path in the init-behaviour.js file of your theme:

controlsName: 'flowplayer.controls-3-2-14.swf'
});

You will also have to provide the controls SWF in your module or you would need
to change a few more JS files since the full path is always composed with the
variables path and controlsName or playerName.
