Hello Paul, at http://demo.magnolia-cms.com (5.2.1), when selecting a processed CSS, I can actually see a duplicate action in the menu entries. As to searching in files, afaik, you're right, that feature is currently missing but I have seen that the latest ACE editor Vaadin add-on (which is used under the hoods) has that feature, so introducing it in Magnolia should be fairly easy. I filed an improvement issue for that http://jira.magnolia-cms.com/browse/MGNLUI-2629
