Magnolia has three different kind of software products, the Community Edition and two different Enterprise Editions. The Community Edition is available for free but has less features and services than the two CMS Enterprise Editions. The most important difference between the Community and Enterprise Edition, besides missing features like workflow or scalability, is the missing support http://www.magnolia-cms.com/services/support.html. We are only supporting customers using the Enterprise Edition. Community Users can get support through our community and has no access to our support system Jira.
For Enterprise Clients we are selling two different kind of Enterprise Editions, the Standard Edition and the Pro Edition. The main difference between these two products is the multi-site support which is only available in the Pro version.
