forum post I was wondering how the Magnolia delete process works with
regards to JCR/Jackrabbit and the version store?

When you delete a node, say a page, using Magnolia's workflow (so not just mark
for deletion, but actually deleted it using the workflow) does it also
automatically disappear from the version store in Jackrabbit? I would assume so
or else the version store might grow forever? If I understand it correctly this
seems to be the case: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JCR-134.

Or is there perhaps still a way using JCR queries to get to the deleted node?

to the Magnolia documentation pages are permanently deleted.
