Hi Mario,
You'll probably want to write a Model-Class for that.
Your model-class can then offer a method like "String cleanHTML(String
inputHtml)" for use by freemarker.
Internally the model would use the HtmlToPlainText code you found.
>From freemarker you would call it like this: ${model.cleanHtml(mycontent)}
