Hi, I've resolved this issue. It looks like we manually generated a 1024 bit public key in the activation app, and copied this to the magnolia-activation-keypair.properties file. I believe this may have been out of sync with the already previously generated private key which I can only assume was generated using a 512 bit key - hence the "Too much data for RSA block"
