So guys... just to make this clear. As I fear I have complicated it for you. We
use the term BUNDLE in two ways:

1 = With all modules and with tomcat. (usually a zip file)
2 = With all modules but NOT with Tomcat (usually a war file or a direct pull
from nexus using maven)

If you want all of the modules as a war file and with all of the standard
modules/apps go with this:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/magnolia/files/magnolia/Magnolia%20CE%205.3.2/magnolia-bundled-webapp-5.3.2.war/download
 YOU DO NOT GET TOMCAT.

If you need a stripped back version of Magnolia CMS:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/magnolia/files/magnolia/Magnolia%20CE%205.3.2/magnolia-empty-webapp-5.3.2.war/download
We call this an 'empty webapp'. It is not really empty. YOU STILL DON'T GET
TOMCAT.

Either way, you should really use Maven. Good luck.
