First, i check he setings.xml,it contains a https link:
<repository>
<id>magnolia.nexus.public</id>
<url>https://nexus.magnolia-cms.com/content/groups/public/</url>
<releases>
<enabled>true</enabled>
</releases>
<snapshots>
<enabled>true</enabled>
</snapshots>
</repository>
I remove the single jar file,and agian 'clean install',the
vaadin-shared-7.1.7.jar file is download again,but still that problem.
actually,there are 3 files problem:
/home/user/.m2/repository/com/vaadin/vaadin-shared/7.1.7/vaadin-shared-7.1.7.jar
/home/user/.m2/repository/com/vaadin/vaadin-theme-compiler/7.1.7/vaadin-theme-compiler-7.1.7.jar
/home/user/.m2/repository/org/jsoup/jsoup/1.6.3/jsoup-1.6.3.jar
I try to open these files ,but failed. it seems these file are not download
right way.
can you help me to get these jars?

Thanks for feedback! It could be a Nexus issue. Try this:
Remove the .m2 repo as per resource path:
/home/user/.m2/repository/com/vaadin/vaadin-shared/7.1.7/vaadin-shared-7.1.7.jar
Next, ensure that settings.xml contains a https link to Nexus.
Please let me know how you get on. The more feedback, that way we can make our
online training material. It is great to see you are using Maven to set up a
project!
