1. Create a new site definition. 2. Add a mappings configuration that applies the site definition to the subfolder you want to theme differently. Specify the subfolder in the handlePrefix property. 3. Add a theme configuration and name the theme you wish to apply. In this example I apply the pop-mobile theme to the /demo-project/news-and-events subfolder. (You probably would not want to apply a mobile theme to just one folder but you get the idea.)
