Sounds like a bug, but you are working with snapshot so there's no way to know what is in or not. Try again with released version of the shop and issue might be just gone. If you still have this issue, check jira.magnolia-cms.com/browse/mshop against known bugs. If you don't find it, log the new issue with your env description, steps to reproduce the issue and logs from the instance.
