Hi, Activation has it's own security, based on an encryption key. So you have to either modify your security settings to exclude the Activation URLs, or modify (code) the activation module to satisfy the tomcat security when it makes requests (add the Basic Authentication header). needless to say, modifying the activation module will be more work...
