Its helpful to "Vote" on the ticket. Its helpful if you add a comment describing which use-case you have and want fixed (since the ticket mentions a few of them). Also based on your Jira user settings - then you will also be notified by email when there is more activity on the ticket - which will probably be interesting for you to know.
