first, this list is the user list, so its the wrong list to discuss
development issues.

Second, I like to talk to people on the phone, because it is much more
efficient than email.
well, this means that you leave the community outside the door and this
is very bad
I think. If you want to build a real Open Source community then you need
to be
transparent also re discussions.
