Hello all,
So far, I really like magnolia but noticed that the deployment methods seem to
require some intimate access to the server. Unfortunatly we don't have our own
hosting infrastructure and we are looking to deploy to an ISP that can support
such an application. I know there hosting at:
http://www.obinary.com/de/obinary/dienstleistungen/magnolia.html
but I was hoping for a company a little more local (North America). Anyways,
any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. This is a prototype
implementation for non-profit so I am trying to keep hosting costs down (aren't
we all).
Thanks in advance,
Donovan

Hi Donovan,
I set up my magnolia at kgbinternet.com in canada. They host
linux/tomcat/mysql or postgresql and you can add magnolia. Support is
good and it is inexpensive. Instead of port 8081 ask them what port is
available for magnolia and ask them to configure apache to forward
requests for magnolia application to tomcat.
good luck,
Phil
