Is there a simple way to access the content in the body part of my pages

The loadPage function works great for those "shared content" needs, ant it
seems to me like a pretty clear approach for doing this kind of jobs. Is
there a way to extend this to the child pages?

i.e function: "loadChildPages" of my page and output for each page the
"teaserParagraph" or "imageNode" or "textNode"...
