This was a false configuration setting in RC4
switch off the cache in the author instance:
/server/cache/level1/active
2.1 final is delivered properly

I would- but every time I add any [new] data to a page in RC4 its not
displayed in Author instance of the server (unless I add more data) to
that
page, if I then reopen the page from the file view in Author the
content of
that page has vanished again until I add more stuff.
Seems the URI to the page with the added pram makes it work
'mgnlCK=1125910361578'- but when clicking the page from the file list
in
magnolia this pram isn't sent so the page has no data/content on it.
Works ok when activating the content is ok on Public. No good to
anyone if
they cant see it in Author mind :(

If you use 2.1 something then try to switch to fckeditor (use fckedit
instead of richedit). FCK is much better supported now.

Hello all...
Ok: I make an internal link in magnolia admin from KUPU editor and it
all
works in the admin site... Now when I activate it to public (In my
case that
server is called 'stratus') the links don't seem to work in the
public
instance- it links back to my admin instance...
Anything I can do to fix this? I guess it's just a setting someplace
I
missed... any help would be tops... the links in 'stratus' looks
like:
http://localhost:8080/magnolia/index.html
it should say:
http://localhost:8080/stratus/index.html
