this Tag uses current user's HierarchyManager so that's not a problem
In your case, you only defined which uri is protected using Secured
URI List which simply says that you must be "authenticated" to access
this part. If you wanna
hide this uri for certain profiles you need to add a "authorization"
scheme (define roles accordingly)

thats already done. What is missing here is that the access rights
are taken into consideration, too. Basically, one needs to use the
HierarchyManager of the currently logged in user to traverse the
nodes, it will automatically only show what you are allowed to see.
