Hi-

Camino seems to use the same preferences system as Firefox [1] so there should 
be a file called prefs.js where your preferences get
stored.
The line you need to add ( or change) is:

user_pref("dom.event.contextmenu.enabled", true);
 
This is how it works in Firefox anyhow, but you may be luck.
