control.

Yes, I was trying to do that, but CSS cascade/inheritance was overriding
my class. I was just looking around for some sort of 'no-inherit'
property to stop it so my level3 class would work. There doesn't seem to
be one, but some people have expressed that they wish there was.

Once again, your solution works, but a new issue arises. Firefox is OK,
but In IE I have to hover the level3 text for it to change color, rather
than having the behavior trigger when hovering the list item. SO now I'm
trying to work that out.

Hey, I was close, wasn't I? You sure make this look easy. You must
really know those CSS specs.

Hmm, with the js menus, the offset is consistent. I don't see why a
correction factor can't be implemeted somewhere. I'll have to try a few
more things on this before I can give up.

Your 'novasoft' site is a little glitchy in IE. My web stats say 93% of
visitors are using IE. I know hackers like Mozilla, but I don't see how
they can justify ignoring the masses. I suspect you're over in Europe
somewhere and maybe the browser use situation is different over there.

over?

Well, its defintley smart to use one CSS file, and add hacks where
needed to accommodate different browser quirks. I didn't know you could
do that. I've seen that...

  voice-family: "\"}\"";
  voice-family:inherit;

...and...

html>body .content

...stuff before, but didn't know what it was.
