3/ if a subscriber is in-active than the scenarios are failing (I
will check this last one).
I was not able to reproduce this behavior. If the subscriber is set
to active = false I can delete all pages I like. Do I miss something?
Probably not, but the user reported this is failing too. I have written it in the above 3 scenarios
to make sure I will check. You did so, looks like the behavior is correct.

The second step should be: move and not rename.
