Hopefully somebody has a good solution that makes me feel stupid. I like feeling stupid.
I have a problem where I'm trying to customize tomcat's error pages. To do so I must alter the web.xml in the ROOT folder. The problem is that I want to get a HierarchyManager from the magnoliaPublic context so I can render menus. Is there any way to get a HierarchyManager, and while we're at it templates, that reside in the Public context while I'm in the ROOT context?
