Hi Eric!
I don't think this is really an issue in 2.1.3, but rather some
missexplanation. As pointed in a current thread you should:
1/ either correctly configure the subscriber
2/ turn off the subscriber (set active to false).
Otherwise, there would be some background exceptions and these will
stop your action.
