The static page is stored in C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Tomcat 5.5\webapps\magnoliaAuthor\one.html However when I go to http://localhost:8080/magnoliaAuthor/one.html I get a tomcat error, "HTTP 404, The requested resource is not available." http://localhost:8080/magnoliaAuthor is working fine. also other apps such as http://localhost:8080/testapp/one.html works fine. There is obviously something fundamental about tomcat/magnolia that I dont understand. Also do all the html pages have to be stored within the repository and only retrieved from the repository via taglib. any help appreciated. bholey ---------------------------------------------------------------- for list details see http://www.magnolia.info/en/magnolia/developer.html ---------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------------------------------------------------------- for list details see http://www.magnolia.info/en/magnolia/developer.html ----------------------------------------------------------------
