Thanks for the responses - it generally sounds feasible based on what
people has said.
With respect to the Date datatype - I'm referring to the fact that if
I right click on a folder in the admin interface and choose 'New Node
Data', the 'Type' column only has options for String, Boolean, Long,
Double. So I think I would be out of luck if I actually wanted to
edit / add data that contain Date info. So the repository can store
them, but it doesn't look like you can work with them via the admin
console.
Do other people see other datatypes in the Type list? I'm running
Firefox on OS X.

what you mean it does not support Date type? its a property type
and you can have any property type in magnolia as defined by JSR 170

I was hoping that an administrator could use the Magnolia admin
interface to manually edit customer subscription changes, but
without a date type, that would be difficult.
Any other thoughts on this?
