Please don't get me wrong, I am not up to something ;-) but just
curious/interested what the reasoning for the different models are.
Maybe you should step aboard the next train to Basel and we have a
chat here - you know where our offices are located ...
Initially it was for legal reasons, just like you suggested. As an
added bonus, the we try to regard obinary as a (privileged) partner,
to make room for other partners. And you never know how all of this
develops ... maybe the role of "magnolia inc" will be a different one
one day.
But seriously Michi, next time you are in Basel please drop by!
