not sure If I understood you right, you are trying to activate content
from magnolia 2.x to the build from current trunk?
this wont work because activation changed and we cannot support old
activation simply because it does not keep references.
To migrate content, simply Export it to xml via GUI or
ImportExportServlet and import these XML files to latest build
