When I use
http://www.madplanet.com/admintemplates/adminCentral/adminCentral.jsp
rather than
http://www.madplanet.com/.magnolia/adminCentral
it works like a charm.

what's the URI you are trying to access?, perhaps you need to change
VirtualURIMapping for a default page. make it without a "dot"
something like this:
1)
fromURI = /
toURI = /admintemplates/adminCentral/adminCentral.jsp
2)
fromURI = /admin
toURI = /admintemplates/adminCentral/adminCentral.jsp

Finally I did replace my old website with my new website based on
Magnolia and it works fine so far even though I had a hard time to

Now I ran into a little problem and was wondering why this is. My
website is running locally under the server's local IP address on
port 8080. I use a firewall to redirect to the domain name on port
80. For the web content that is not a problem but 'adminCentral'
refuses to run under the domain name but works with the server's
