I would say you should take a close look at your mainBar.jsp file. The path parameter is set there and then passed into the javascript defined in mgnlActivation.jsp. Specifically the onclick setting should look like:

   activateBtn.setOnclick( "printActivationMenu( 'activationMenu', '"
                           + currentPage.getHandle() + "', 150);" ) ;
