no because each module can have its own set of these, And its much
easier to keep track which module is responsible for an entry if the
entry is at the model level ;-)
But maybe a page that lists all redirects would be useful ... (add it
as a feature request to jira if you think so, and feel free to send
an implementation suggestion)
