[magnolia-user] Self repairing templates

Has anyone created templates that populate AdminCentral with the  
settings in Config:/modules/templating if it is missing?  That way  
you can share templates without having to share exported AdminConfig  
xml files, or long instructions explaining how to setup  
AdminCentral.  This ability would make sharing templates probably 100  
times easier.  I'm just not sure how to do it yet.
