Looks like this is the root problem. the index [2] means that this
node exists a least twice. I don't know why this happened, but the
problem now is, that the security check fails by using this naming.
Please try the following:
A) give the user which is activating full permission (on the root) if
not yet done and try again
B) If this doesn't help you should deactivate phb and reactivate it
(this should work)
C) if nothing helps you will need to write a script (in JSP for
example) which uses the jackrabbit API to delete the 'funny' nodes
