If you paste html into fckEditor before clicking Source, the symbols are
all converted to html entity codes. Sales Force allows non-technical
people to generate html form code based on the web lead fields
available. I'd like them to be able to generate the code, then come to
Magnolia and select a paragraph type of "Sales Force Form" where they
paste in the HTML copied from Sales Force.

I just paste HTML into a fckEdit control (no need to switch to Source)
and it shows in WYSIWYG fashion.  Do you really want to see the raw HTML
in the dialog?
