To make your field larger, you can add in the dialog a node data called "width" for the width and "rows" for the numbers of ligns. They are both String, and you enter the number of rows/width you want.
For the source button, i remember in fckedit in magnolia3, the button is on the right but the dialog frame is not big enough ! You must enlarge the frame to see the button.
