I have unjarred "magnolia-editor-fckeditor-3.0-rc2.jar" (in web-inf\lib) to "admindocroot\fckeditor" in the main directory of the webapp( c:\....\magnoliaAuthor) and I have a lot of options (maybe not all of those in the demo, but at least 75%).
