Thank you for your suggestion. In your situation, the repositories directories were not created by server, right? So you create the directories by yourself. But in my situation, the needed directories were created by server. I have compared them with repositories in my own PC.

On my computer, there was no problem but on the server some repositories didn't start. I had to create empty directories for the repositories (maybe because oh some write permissions on the server ?).
